Making Peace with Herpes

But even if you could win a battle against the herpes virus- which you can't, there is no need for hostilities.
The virus is going to be in your body for life, and it greatly prefers to stay dormant , much like it's cousin the chicken-pox virus.
Herpes usually only re-activates itself when you trigger it with stress, too much sun exposure, bad dietary choices, unprotected sex with someone else with herpes, a candida yeast problem, too little sleep or too much partying.

so if you make a peaceful accomodation with virus and not trigger it with anger, shame, frustration or the above-mentioned triggers , herpes can quickly become a relative non-factor in your life and in your health. Ultimately life does go on and it's difficult to live a happy and healthy life without peace and balance. This isn't just true for herpes but applies to all diseases.
