Doctors Without Borders/Médecins Sans Frontières is one of my favorite non-profit organizations. Teams of volunteer physicians from all over the globe travel to medical "hot spots" to deliver medical assistance, often under severely adverse conditions, to the world's most afflicted peoples.

What are the obstacles to providing care to populations in need? This episode of "Rx for Survival" visits with Doctors Without Borders volunteers in Chad who are caring for thousands of refugees from Darfur, Sudan.
