My life and my illness
My life has been difficult with chronic sinusitis, I am trying the hydrogen peroxide upside-down flooding to see if it may help me.

I had the smallest and cutest nose of anyone in my family. They took me to an ENT and he said I had polyps but they should be removed when I was older...so slowly time went by...I grow up with no smell and I could do huge bubbles of snot as a kid, which the kids laughed at. I had always had yellow to green-colored snot. I was always small and weak. When I was 7 or 8 my polyps were removed.
My sinusitis got worse and worse though, especially during teenage years. By this time my whole face was pretty wrecked. My eyes became very weak, very fast. I had huge puffy eyelids, my eyes were always sunken. My hair became dull, very dry and frizzy, my eyes became smaller. I became deeply depressed and had less and less energy. I had at last a sinus surgery at age 18, then one again shortly after. I was prescribed a nasal spray. Slowly I got better, the nasal spray seemed to work with time. Then the spray started making sores on the inside of my nose, so I stopped using it. I also began smoking. Slowly I got worse and worse, but I didnt connect it with the sinusitis. 6 years of HELL went by, including heavy infections, panic attacks, angina, candida, constipation, insomnia, sweating, psychosis, ear pain, eye pains, joint pains, in the end I was so weak I could barely walk.
Then one doctor at last saw that I had a massive infection in on of the maxilarry sinuses. He punctured the inside of my nose and put tubes up the nose, connected the tubes to a saline solution and forcefully pushed. About 2 dl (about a glass) of green icky stuff came out, I was prescribed antibiotics and had the tubes up my nose for a week, and came back every other day for him to drain. A CAT-scan revealed I had enlarged mucous membranes, about 4-5 mm (0.2 inches). Then nothing happened for 2 years, but I gradually improved. But the sinuses were never good.
So this is where I am now, desperate. So I read some of the stuff on this site, and decided to give the Hydrogen Peroxide upside-down flooding by "Cando" a chance. You can read about him and his problems here: http://home.bellsouth.net/p/s/community.dll?ep=16&groupid=258015&ck=.
He believed that the sinus flooding can help those with ethmoid sinusitis. My doctor says I have both ethmoid and maxilarry sinusitis, so I dont know if this will help me, but its damn worth a try.
So stick with me, I am gonna update my journey as time goes by.
