Ok, I lied..

Omission of truth is the commission of a lie...?

I said in the last message that when I weighed recently, I weighed in at over 300 lbs. Yes, that is true. But it was 322 lbs. Ughhh.

I was so disgusted that I didn't want to face it. But I need to face the truth in order to do something about it.

Today I started my day late because of a middle-of-the-night emergency that required a friend to go to the hospital at 3am. I did not get to sleep until 4:30am. This is not good, because it interferes with metabolism and cortisol production, I have read.

Today I had a cup of hot lemon drink - just the juice of a FRESH organic lemon in hot distilled water. This warms the liver and endocrine system, and helps to flush out some of the gunk from my system. Generally, about 12-24 hours later I have a runny bowel movement with yellow-orange greasy-looking substance. I can only guess that this is bile and toxins being expelled. [Sorry to be so frank].

The Master Cleanse does not work for me, presumably because of the maple syrup and also the salt it said to drink beforehand. It works well for some persons, I suppose, but I became very sick from it. I even developed a nasty leg ulcer, and my kidneys were shutting down. Drinking the hot lemon drink (with no sweetener)has never been a problem for me.

This is a great way to begin the day, and "break fast" in the morning. Diets like Atkins say to have a big breakfast of protein, loaded with bacon, sausage (swine!) steak and eggs. Or lunch meats full of nitrites. The best way I've found to break the fast of the night is a hot lemon drink. It makes you feel light and full of energy, giving just the right amount of sugar/glucose for the bloodstream w/o spiking.

I like to do a juice fast from time to time, lasting about 10 days. After 3 days, you don't even notice hunger, except if you watch commercials or let your mind focus on food-food-food!

I'm not certain yet how I will begin to prep for the liver flush. It's important to have the colon working well, and then to do the parasite cleanse first. Generally speaking, that is how I intend to begin--but I'm not certain yet of the specifics.


The hot lemon drink is all I've had to eat today (woke up late), but I'm not hungry yet. I have a garden with leaf lettuce in it, so if I eat today, I will probably make a salad with a light dressing of olive oil, lemon juice and a few dashes of balsamic vinegar. This is the type of salad dressing the people who live in the Mediterranean region eat. One has to wonder if it's not a mini-gallstone flush, because they eat this all the time and it's got the lemon juice and olive oil as its main components. Could it be that this is yet another secret of their weight control? Hmmmm...! I have a photo that a friend sent to me of an Italian beach in Tuscany (Livorno), and THERE ARE NO FAT PEOPLE IN THE PICTURE!!
