I am warming up the water to mix with my salt, and after the unpleasant hour or so passes I am going to drive down to some stores to get a)bottled water (at least 8 bottles to number and put in fridge, probably will re-use when I don't have any more "pure spring water" and just put in tap.) b)look for senna leaf tea c)and some more books to while away the time that I am not out drinking with friends.. d)maybe some epsom salts for a bath?
My salt is a faint tan colour, with dirt flecks in it. I had to really look around for unrefined sea salt, they don't have it at grocery stores here but I found it in the bulk section at a natural foods store on the cheap. I bought about a pound to start. i am mixing it at a ratio of 1 Qt water: 2 tsp. salt
...OK, now I have it ready, my sea salt shocker (probably a tablespoon in a cup of water, truly repulsive. Ready...here goes:
Ugh, I tried to chug it but the tongue can't stand that much salt passing over it for long bursts. Have a big water chaser too, it helps a lot with the puckering..I'm glad I don't have to go to work today.
