Sitting in the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine Library.
Jotting down some notes before I hit the road.
Always leave flowres here when I come
to draw students to the Farmers' Market.
Had fun with the Rodriguez Family Itzy-Bitzy Pumpkins.
You know how the story goes...
Joe the Farmer was so tired from all the heavy pumpkins
and so he made a deal with the Fairies that they would
make an Itsy-Bitzy Tiny pumpkin that is easier to carry.
Here is a photo of the Itzy-Bitzy Pumpkins:

IT is so much fun!
Everyone Lights up when they see these
Fairy Driven Pumpkins.
I have not been back at the school since
August.
I wanted to get my energy going for the Pacifici Symposium.
I get so distracted into so many projects.
I thought by coming down and getting some acupuncture
I would get FOCUSED.
IT was a wonderful treatment with Katlin.
I am much improved in spirit since August.
I had been feeling isolated all summer
and that is enuf to make anyone feel under the weather
I am still a bit drained and I could feel that,
There was a wonderful assistant to Katlin named
Jim. He did some wonderful massage while Katlin
did some gentle needles in the Japanese style.
Casey was the supervisor.
He is a delight.
These are the doctors o tomorrow that
have my vote to complement the M.D.
who are excellent when a person needs Heroic Measures.
Acupunture is part of the Natural Healing Arts more than
drug medicine. It is based on the meridian system of the body.
The Chi around here today is delightful,
so many lovely women all feeling the sunshine.
I am reminded of the Playboy Magazine and how it
goes to Campus and does these features on the
different campuses.
I am not thinking of naked pictures, but it would be fun
to show the Chi of the lovely students who a generation
ago might have considered conventional medical school.
This is more Traditional Medicine...TCM...
the C for Chinese...now they are calling it Asian...
The naming process is going on as this medicine grounds
on American Soil.
There is a new Symposium director.
She is Tiffany Hansen. Lots of Chi,
and knows how to take care of herself.
She is working hard up to 10 PM each night now.
