Food Combining+Update
Ate really poorly yesterday
and was amazed to pay a very high price
in angry bowel, and intensified kidney pain.

Just finished paying some bills
and getting rents into the bank.
Kidneys are sensitive, feeling
a slight pain in the low back that
could get worse.
The E.A.R.T.H Awards starts at six
and the actually award ceremony is at 8.
I got to Hermann, the Chef.
He is excited about the award, but is working
tonight. We are getting an honorable mention
for the work we did bringing locally grown organic
food into the HIlton last August for three lunches.
I wish I were feeling better.
Really was reminded about foods my body does
not want and the combining of foods.
I wonder how many people at the Vons know anything
about food combining, or, if they have a tummy ache,
to they reach the drug of choice that is tauted on TV?
Is anyone learning about nutrition at all these days
in the schools?
Do doctors know?
I rarely eat yogurt. Attempted to add that to my diet yesterday.
Intense burning coming out the other end, but
likely exascerbated by pomegranate juice after it.
I confess, I ate two bagels after the juice
while visiting the Jewish bakery in the shopping center
where I print The Seven Love Cures.
Ending up bringing out another New Creation
last night, but got the checks in the bank,
and started paying bills.
Spoke to Best Friend today.
She called me back.
Some truths spoken..
but rather not get into those feelings right now.
Hope I feel better once I get dressed up,
and out of here.
