WheatGrass Farm
Working late Sat night. Down at the
Optimum Health Institute today with Eva,
who finished two weeks of raw and detox.
Drank some wheatgrass.

Up late.
Got an email
from Anothy Zolezzi
requested a gallery of photos
from the Organic Center Fundraiser
at the Natural Product Expo West.
Had a good time with Eva, my niece,
at the Optimum Health Institute.
Never saw such a major operation of wheatgrass,
can't imagine another place where there is a room
like this...Wheat Grass Heaven,
with about one dozen minimum electric motorized
wheat grass machines and an ice box that
has nothing in it but cut grass for people to juice.
They are really into it.
Drank a couple ounces and ate raw till I got home.
Thought I might be out to dinner tonight with Eva
at Cilantro's, a vegan raw palate place, but
the need to work kept me here.
Wanted to call someone to keep me company.
Need to do more tonight and in the morning.
There are many good things about this program.
I sat in on the final review class.
Some really beautiful women down there
wanting to help themselves. and very good men.
Hungering for some deeper connection right now,
but happily grateful to be doing some bigt assignments
with my photographs.
