Joseph the gardener from the Optimum Health Institute
is in the backyard massaging Eva, my niece.
He has been on the raw food program for two months.
He has one more mon th to go.
We had a ball at the Farmers' Market.
The three of us went.
I just came into the house to blog a bit.
It is a very exciting day.
So what kind of soup do you make
for a person who has been eating raw
raw
raw for two months?
I am going to put on my green apron
that says Eden Foods.
I am going to mash up some ripe avocado's.
I am going to sprinkle in some
of Patricia Braggs new herb mix
called Springles.
I love the taste of that.
I am going to hunt up some herbs
in the garden.
I am going to pick and make an infusion
of some lemon grass tea high in vitamin A.
I will go out and find some lemon balm.
Joseph feels like he needs some heart healing,
and lemon balm, melissa, is for the heart.
The signature of the plant is heart shaped.
We bought some celery for juice from Ted.
He got so excited, he threw in some garlic
and some carrots, and one beet, all for
$5.00. I took a photo of his son with him.
I did not know it was his son, all these years.
I saw so many beautiful women today.
It is definitely Spring in San Diego today.
I saw one woman beaming love to her man,
as she waited for a massage at Mariahs.
Her love was all over the place.
I asked if they wanted a photo.
IT was wonderful!
Then I said, "I generally charge $20.00
but I did not ask in advance.
Do you want the photo?
Guilermo said yes.
You can give a contribution.
He gave $20.00.
IT was a beautiful photo.
They I did the same thing with Robert.
There were two beautiful women there.
Robert was out foraging for things.
It was the end of the market.
I took some great photos.
I left it to him what he wanted.
He gave me a $16.00 bag of the freshest
bee pollen you would ever want, and some
fresh eggs so fresh that I may eat the yolks
raw. I do not eat eggs too often, but they
are a good health drink ala dr. Jensen.
He mixed the yolk with greens.
I have some Raw Power!
a Superfood blend that David Wolfe
gave me last weekend sitting here.,
I wonder how that would be in the soup?
Deradune, where are you when a person
needs a raw recipe?
Love from Your Enchanted Gardener,
Leslie
