Sore throat+runny nose?
How to make a sore throat worse
so you can be increase cold symptoms.

I am having a sore throat and some
runny nose. I have had flu symtoms last week.
I made it worse eating a whole bag of
Newman's health "oreo's" yesterday
and some of those Rasberry tarts that
my friend Debra St. Claire puts out.
I love those tarts and on occasion
I eat those Newman's cookies that remind
me of Oreo's.
There is still a lot of sugar in them.
If you want to make a cold worse,
be sure to eat a bag of Newman's cookies
and those tarts.
Generally, If I do not have cold symtoms,
I can get away with eating some of those foods.
I generally do best with some tart cranberry juice.
I like the Mountain Sun Pure Cranberry juice
that they sell at Whole Foods.
I enloy this kind of cranberry juice as much
as others seem to like wine.
I drink it in a wine glass.
I have been suppressing communications.
That's when I go for the sweets.
