Wonderful Job's Tears story
of dreams coming true!

Job's Tears grow come up when the weather
turns warm. They harvest in the summer to the fall.
In many climates, they will overwinter...you just cut
back and then spread. You can get hundreds of seeds
from one plant. They are the original Love Bead of the 60's.
They are living proof that God loves Catholics,
because this is a seed with a hole through it,
and you can make your own Rosary necklace
from Mother Earth!

I don't know if it were my imagination or not, but his stalks appeared thicker and his leaves were darker shades than mine. His bore fruit faster and mine went longer into the season. More white ones were harvested later. Is this because of the colder temps?
Right now, there is a crystal bowl sitting on my piano half full of Job's Tears. I plan to make special keepsakes for the family. For now, it gives me me joy to just look at them. I also want to save a few seeds to plant next season.
When Autumn came, the stalks made beautiful decorations, along with the pumpkins nestled around them.
How did your Job's Tears do? Any outstanding colors, size, or unique beauty. (Silly question -- They each are unique and have a beauty of their own.)
