I highly recommend this CD.
I am listening to a Buddhist Chant
that repeats "Gate" "Gate"
and in other parts has gutteral Tibetan Monks.
I find this "Gate" part calming.
I feel my mind slowed down,
enhanced by being in the open air on my back porch
this January 23.
I am working on record keeping and this is perfect
meditation for unthinking data entry.
I highly recommend this CD.
