To Heal=Possible
I am feeling better today physically
that I was a year ago.

I thought I was a couple steps from
kicking the bucket.
I used up about one Rainforest of toilet paper.
I was on the thrown in the bathroom
more than off it seemed.
Nothing would digest.
I was having ongoing pain.
My M.D. wanted to stick something up
my butt after giving me some pain numbing drugs.
I decided to take a hiatus from him.
It all started with some shocks both emotionally
and physically. My kidneys were achey too.
A year later, I am able to digest a lot more foods.
I am not having pain in my gut.
I know there is a part of me that consciously
holds back my healing. I do not believe in things
that do not work, and lots of times, I have a difficult
time seeing the beauty in my own self and the way
my body works.
It is good to have
someone around who reminds me through their loving
words and support that they say from time to time, backed by enough
trust to be really open.
I want to witness--that healing is possible.
Close your eyes. Imagine it. One day
you will open them and what you see inside
will be outside.
I believe in healing.
Most of the time, it is about getting out of the way.

they can to get it out.
Give the other space to heal. Deep down
they are whole already, and through your love
the deep part will surface through the dross.
Find a way to be of service--whatever you do,
matters. Little by little you will find your Truer and Truer Path.
