a gift of healing

Went to the Farmers' Market today.
Did eat beyond my normal diet,
but I want to pass a special gift to you
through my experience.
I have been SO much worse this year!
Really, Really feeling poorly.
I have had lots of pain in my bowel,
inceanse pain and inability to eat.
This went on for a year.
I am so much better now!
So much really, really better!
I was not sure I would be making a come back this time,
that is how low it was, how out of control
and intense my ability to digest anything.
I am eating more fruit,
I am eating some chicken--
the finest kind, antibiotic, range free,
well roostered chicken...not much...just some
for protein as i rebuild...
I have actually added some French Meadow Bread,
yeast free...I love this company, and wish that Whole Foods
was not freezing it...
I do not believe in freezing bread...
I feel it disturbs the whole naturalness of it.
I am using a very strong acidophilus that they sell
at Whole Foods...raw, very expensive acidolphlus...
I will add the brand tomorrow.
I have mentioned it before.
Maybe I have to say, the greatest improvement
is taking on something bigger than I could do--six projects--
and picking up a lot of confidence because I did it!!!!
I really believe that if a person goes beyond their limits
and serves a community where there is energy coming back,
and when a person can see that what they are doing is valuable
to a community at large--this is stronger that the smaller
energies of the human sphere.
In any case, I am not hear to give advice.
I merely want to pass a knowing...
Please feel what is going on with you.
Please close your eyes and see a time coming
when you will be greatly improved.
Keep your eyes closed and see that time...
smile it in. Breathe it in if you get there.
See it with your eyes closes.
I promise you, one day you will open your eyes,
and you will be greatly improved!!!
Keep listening to your spirit.
Keep doing what your inner guidance says to do next.
go beyond your limits that are a mind construct.
Allow whatever comes up to be part of the healing.
I invite you to not put down your experience, even
if it seems like it is bringing up symtoms that feel
like a pain in the butt.
Be aware of what you are feeling,
Allow whatever comes up to be the healing,
the releasing.
Don't call it names.
