our local 'New Age' paper here in San Diego.
One really important catch you made:
There is no time mentioned for The Garden party in the HIlton.
7:30 PM on the 4 of August feels good.
Also, I did not see the words "community building party."
That refers to "A Day in the Garden" for August 9 here
at my house.

I want to sit in Council with you and others
and pass the Talking Stick, telling our stories,
and remaking the Future both Saturday night
around the fire and drums and Tuesday here
at the Enchanted Garden, around noon for potluck.
I have been struggling with this Light Connection ad for days...
What a lesson in collaboration.
Editors keep looking at it...
I trust them...we work together...
they more errors show up.
What a range of emotions I have been feeling.
What stuff coming up.
I like the first lines:
"Get a Real 'University' Education.
Careers for a Sustainable World."
Maybe over the head of many...this first line.

I will get in touch with the designer this morning and make a couple more
corrections, if there is time.
I am tempted to leave the first line as is as we speak now.
I have been learning a lot about Feng Shui all week.
I am recalling now, that once this was your main thrust in your career,
but then you went into Real Estate....
I would like some truthful thoughts, from the heart, gut, and head,
I can print about your personal experience
as a Feng Shui Practitioner, and the reality check of making a living from Feng Shui.
You and I have been friends since we met at the first International Feng Shui
Conference in San Diego I attended in 1996. Now we are back here.
I spoke to Anne Mansfield, President of the Feng Shui Guild,
about the economics of Feng Shui this week.
She informs me, there was a media blintz on Feng Shui at one point.
Then, as with most blitzes, people get jaded.
We bring to every new movement in consciousness, everything "old" we are:
All our stuff. All our needs.
We want to tranfer from the Corp(s) world to the new world
and still have the same earning power.
We still have the same bills. We may not realize that
living closer to nature has its benefits and may be asking to pay us
in different ways.
Everyone in the Field needs to support this Conference.
As Marise Hamm said over the phone this week.
When she was in the Corp(s) world,
when they called a conference, everyone came.
It was expected. In the Acupuncuture world, part of TCM,
they give CEU's. It is mandatory to get upgrading and staying fresh
witht the new.
Feng Shui is not what is was five years ago.
This conference is brilliantly designed.
We now have Vital Energy approaches from many traditions coming in,
including my own Kabbalistic flows.
Feng Shui now is being asked to overcome what we reaped
from teachers changing expensive prices from their teachings,
students paying them, and now wanting to get back their investment.
It suffers from a lack of certification, and skill levels out in the field.
It suffers from holding on to ideas and words that describe the form
but are too esoteric. The next wave of Feng Shui enthusiasts
will be called here because our world is being asked to
re-engineer in accord with Nature's Original Technology of Wholeness.
Feng Shui in the mind of one top networker I spoke to this week
in San Diego is about Yuppies who want to live in big houses and
charge Brain Surgeon prices for telling people to move furniture.
Feedback is Vital. Hearing and responding is even better.
Roger Green is a brilliant teacher.
This conference is filled with brilliant teachers that
can transform our world.
I am glad I bring heart and soul here in the way I do,
bleeding at times in rawness and full of ego and clutter.
Your Enchanted Gardener, a TItle, what is that about?
I use to cry when I attempted to fill out forms that asked
"where do you live?" "What is your job?"
Finally, I created my own profession where
I work for 10 cents an hour but have all my needs met
from people who load me down with fresh foods,
some that goes to my worms.
For my survival, I created a whole new world to live in called the Enchanted Garden
--a world that is whole, pure, and natural,
and then I asked you to move in.
I did not invent the Enchanted Garden.
It is Eden all over again. Tt was knocking at my door
because I would have died without it.
So now, our whole world is dying and at the same time
wanting to be born again.
I feel like that Dutch Boy in the Fairy Tale with my finger in the Dike
and on the other side is the water and wind wanting to come through.
I can think of a few more enjoyable places for my fingers.
yet, through the opening we can all become whole again in this world.
It is nice from time to time to feel the arms of the Mother around me
and the beautiful loving beings she makes in her image.
