I had enough cards for everyone at the VIP lunch.
I started to work the room, but did not get beyond the first
table.

read three or four of The Seven Love Cures.
She conferred with Erica Watkins sitting next to her.
Erica bought a set on the spot.
They looked at each other and then Wendy said what she said.
