The Love Tomato says hello!
Ouch! What a day1 I know doing less is more, but how many
lifetimes does it take to learn that! So hear I am late Friday night preparing the Love Tomato Logo to take to the Natural Products Expo West next week. At the show I will identify Heart and Soul players in the Natural Foods Industry.

Today I attempted to redesign one of my Love Cure poems. I used the Rock Rose as a background. It printed up dark.
Then when I attempted to print it at Mail Boxes, all the subtleness dropped out. I redesigned my poem "Because She is a Woman," one of the Seven Love Cures I have written.

I am too tired to bring to mind some of the incredible lessons of the day.
At the Natural Products Expo West, most of the products
I like in Health Food Stores are represented. It is incredible to meet the creators of some of my favorite products.
Have you tried Living Tree Community Foods Sesame tahini? Jesse Swartz has a lot of integrity, and his products are some of the finest quality around.

Last night we had a house meeting. I live with seven others here in the Enchanted Garden Intentional Community. Some of the energy at the meeting was difficult. I ended up bingeing
and then activating my diarrhea.
I am aware that I am coming up from deep burn out. That is the source of losing my ability to digest foods. I am grateful that at least now, if I eat consciously, I can get through the day with no major bowel problems. That is a major recovery
after five months with an out of control bowel.
That's it for now. Heading for bed.
