starting fresh

I went to the health food store yesterday - actually it was a huge organic grocery store here in Portland. I bought all fresh organic fruits and vegetables and many other goodies that will enable me to get on with getting healthy.

Along with the foods, I bought a bottle of B complex vitamins[taurine,a amino acid],apple cider vinegar and powdered crystalized C.

I have many health issues that I'm looking forward to seeing gone. I know its a process and I am patient because after all, I have lived like this so long that whats a little more waiting. The more and more that I read or learn from others in groups on the net, the more it blows me away that we live under the fda/government control over our health and we don't even realize it.
