My 2 year journey so far with liver flushing
2 years of liver flushing

I will start this by first introducing myself.
I am currently 22 years of age and I live in the country of Australia.
Prior to me doing the liver flush I had some clear indications of poor liver function such as pale stools, strong sluggish feeling after a large meal, occasional constipation, occasional night rashes.
After reading the book The Amazing Liver and Gallbladder Flush I decided to undertake the flush around September of 2021.
After a massive bowel movement at around 5am I felt like I was on natural high for about 2 weeks. A lot of built up anger and tension was suddenly released from the flush.
Bodily functions started to improve with each and every flush.
One thing which I did experience was that I would get severely constipated after each liver flush until maybe flush number 8. The instruction to do a colonic on day two after the flush would be highly recommended if one has the means to do it, I however do not have access to one as I live in a Buddhist Monastery so I would use an enema to try to get the fecal matter which was blended in with the green stones out.
I have continued to do liver flushes monthly with the exception of 2022 where I only did it once or twice for that year.
I am currently on flush number 12 or 13 and with each flush I feel lighter and my digestion is very strong. My flush for December of 2023 still resulted in hundreds of stones being released, probably because I was consuming a lot of food with vegetable oil in that month.
I will continue to flush monthly on the new moon for the year of 2024 as the benefits are truly wonderful!
I wish everyone to attain a state of good health and mental fortitude by flushing your liver regularly! :)
