The Week Before the WATER FAST
Date: 9/16/2018 1:50:42 AM ( 6 y ) ... viewed 295 times For one week before my fast I ate a pure Ketosis diet with no carbs at all and as much water as I could handle drinking.
I started this process at 342 pounds. At the end of the 7 days, my weight was 336. I felt good and ready for my fast. I cut out all pop and juice and all fat. So no cheese, dairy etc. I just ate fish and chicken, green vegetables, and eggs. I did use salt and pepper.
