Natural Healing Recommitment July 31, 2018
“Your soul is calling you home into yourself for awhile to take care of yourself, rest and heal. You travel so much and help others. Now is your time to stay home for awhile and nurture your body.“

Adrienne Prince and I were with Dr
Ellen Jensen July 30, 2018
in north San Diego county. She was talking about the need for me to take care of myself. The iris of my eyes revealed a lot of healing and bowel cleansing after four weeks of primarily detox at Optimum Health Institute of San Diego —OHI—July 1-July 22, 2018. Home one week, we are continuing to practice a detox as well as building program involving weight gain and strengthening.
My organs of elimination show signs of improvement—bowel, kidneys, liver, and lungs.
She detailed out a program for my next steps. We do not want me to lose more weight.
The program at OHI is rigorous and my program at home in the next stage will be rigorous as well as fun.
My next Health Opportunity improvement will involve setting the home program in place before I consider traveling far distances.
I manage 1/3 acre within walking distance of SDSU. The property spoke to me the other day.
As I wrote, it is Land in search of a Community. The land needs cleanup and increased soil fertility.
I want to take the next steps to create an extended community at Home to increase Cooperative living between our plants—including trees—residents, and extended off site community members who are invited to join The Enchanted Garden Club.
I have 40 or more years of writing in more that 10 near one-of-a-kind books that are being culled and re-edited by Adrienne Prince.
Adrienne was with me at OHI. She is enjoying learning and creating many raw food recipes as well as integrating many new recipes created and collected by Ellen.
It really takes a community of interest to do all the labor intensive raw food practices Adrienne is preparing.
I will be detailing out parts of Ellen Jensen’s recommendations on a #PlantYourDreamBlog.
My pattern is to reach out to do my work elsewhere before I take care of myself. Ellen said, “My Soul is calling me home to take care of myself.”
Ellen writes:
“Your soul is calling you home into yourself for awhile to take care of yourself, rest and heal. You travel so much and help others. Now is your time to stay home for awhile and nurture your body.”
I am deeply appreciative of the role UC San Diego Health staff and
UCSD Jacobs Medical Center
(Thornton Hospital Pavillion) are playing in my Health Opportunity improvement.
I have the choice now to do a systemic chemical and surgical approach to health care—offered me my UCSD— or the natural approaches as taught by Dr. Bernard Jensen and others.
I am choosing to follow the natural approaches as taught by OHI as well as Dr Bernard Jensen. Visit My Dr. Bernard Jensen fb here.
Both Ellen and I studied with and helped Dr. Bernard Jensen produce books. Ellen travels extensively as well as maintains an office where she counsels clients. Her office is located in San Marcos.
Her husband, Art Jensen, of
Bernard Jensen International
supports the dissemination of Ellen’s books as well as offers books of Dr Bernard Jensen (1908-2001). A charismatic teacher, Dr Bernard Jensen books and materials were written before the internet age. In was one of the greatest health educators of the last 100 years.
I was one of his favorite photographers. I have an extensive library of his materials at home on that Enchanted Garden Intentional Community Growing Grounds.
There is also an extensive collection of Essene literature of Edmond Bordeaux Szekely here.
Let me know if you want to visit, learn here, participate in gatherings, or be on our waiting list for rooms for rent.

Our Culture of Suppression vs Living the Life we are Intended to Live
“I’ve made a decision not to hold back anything. I’ve decided to tell everything I’m feeling, not just the good stuff I’m feeling. I’ve decided to share myself, all of myself, because that truly is everything I am. What i become doesn’t belong just to me. What I am belongs to everyone because I belong to everyone. We can’t hold back ourselves from giving until what we have to give is all sweet and clean. It’s the very act of giving that sweetens and cleans us.”
Leslie Goldman, 1980’s.

My 3 week stay at OHI—Optimum Health Institute of San Diego and continuation of a primarily Raw Food Diet Regimen has been confirmed to have released a layer of Toxic Load from a number of my elimination organs of kidneys, liver, lungs and bowel.
This level of Cleansing has brought to the surface a buried Suppressed Layer of Emotional Detox issues coming to Light. I want to write about our Culture of Suppression in a larger sense, as well as my specific issues coming up now that are core and scary.
I hope my writing out these feelings can help me release Abnormal Growth and Expertise in Tumor Development, also confirmed by my oncology team at UC San Diego Health’s UCSD Jacobs Medical Center.
I am recommitting to my path of Natural #cancercure. I am grateful to UCSD for accepting my decision.
During my last CT scan, further little concerns in other organs were noted, besides my original right kidney mass. They would have me do further lung biopsy and MRI on brain, and liver, and bowel investigations. Clearly, a small kidney tumor diagnosed last August might have been excised. Now the procedures and medical offerings are more complicated. Surgery is no longer as simple as it might have been. I am not into the systemic chemical route they are now recommending.
Many have been helped through following the systemic chemical route that some call “slash and burn.” Gradually, even during my 12 day Hospital stay for a back fracture, the result of being rear ended March 29, I reached out to avail myself of acupuncture and Healing Touch. I even had licks from a cute little Therapy Dog at my bedside. Integrative medicine is taking hold.
It raised my spirits to set an intention that through my presence in the hospital, I was helping to breath new life into Modern Medicine.
My belief is that Nature does the healing, if we are wise enough to listen. At times, I question my decision to attempt this natural approach. I may be too dumb to heal naturally. My deepest urge is to have see my path as a Rekindling of Faith Journey. My urge to live is strong; So is my inheritance of fear.
During a three month ordeal of pain that began with the vehicle crash, I experienced a broken back, first-hand experience with opioids to manage pain, intense agony and intense sleepless nights with ankle pain from neuropathy, as well as blocked urine flow due to blood clots; The raw food regimen at OHI was no “piece of cake” July 1 - 22.
The first three weeks after the vehicle accident, I was misdiagnosed by the ER. The back fracture went unseen. When i finally went for my first Ortho visit, April 25, the fracture was apparent. The D.O.—Osteopathy trained doctor—called me the luckiest man she had met. During first three weeks after the vehicle accident, she said I could have been paralyzed for life with one wrong move.
I recommend Western Medicine for emergency procedures, and we each need to follow the path most appropriate for us.
The staff, doctors, and nurses at UCSD are heartfelt caregivers. My heart goes out to them. I feel sincerely cared for by them with every visit. As one of my Oncology team members says, I have kept her awake at night, worrying about me. When I visited, I always brought flowers or organic food as a gift. We shared positive rapport, but the tests always showed increased tumor size, in spite of our efforts.
Western Medicine is great for Heroic Measures, giving us more time to correct the errors of our ways. Most of us are still suppressing symptoms. Cause and Cure are fundamentally outside the Conventional Medical domain. I am convinced that an infusion of research funding welcoming more natural methods, would be cost effective.
My premise for living, is that we are in this life for soul growth, one way or another. To imagine that cutting out a problem prevents its reoccurrence is not in my belief system. We still have to answer the question, “How did I co-create this?” We have to come to terms with our lifestyle choices, addictions, and most of all, childhood traumas buried in our cell memory. We aren’t doing much as a culture to raise a healthy child. Most of us aren’t trained in adequate parenting skills. The havoc in the headlines attests to that, and prevention will always be less expensive.
Meditation, exercise, finding the food regimen best suited for your life purpose, mental and emotional detox are all crucial aspects for healing. I also believe in bowel cleansing that has shown itself valuable for me.These were all part of the OHI program.
The contribution I want to make at OHI would be to increase nature contact - with seeds and all that grow from them. Intention setting, from the get go, can play a major role for healing.
Up for me now, is more emotional detox. Here, at the opening of this post, is one key to healing. This poetic statement rings true for me. Perhaps for you too...

In the infusion center at UCSD Moores Cancer Research Center, June 27, 2018, I watched one man bickering with his mate from a distance while he bickered with his nurse over the Chemo he was getting, that apparently was sidetracking his cruise plans. I bore witness to more than 50 chairs that at times are all filled, I am sure. I had a loss of blood and came in for help. I am grateful Western Conventional Medicine is here when we need it but can’t we do better as far as Cancer Cure? It’s time to advance basic preventative measures, and accept the errors of our ways. I have too many errors to cast the first stone.
