Overview of my eczema for the past two and a half years

While I do not conisder the cause of my facial eczema to be from accutane, I do believe that the thinning of facial skin profoundly made me more vulnerable. At first I thought the growing platelets on my face was my skins way of healing itself. I stayed unaware for about two months before I went to the dermatologist. He told me that he didn't know how to diagnose it but that it was definitely a form of dermatitis. So he gave me a cream to put on for a week on and then a week off. This did help, but like most people, the eczema came back.
A little about me (I am asian and eupoean decent, male, 21, the only skin abnormalities for me have been rashes or eczema on both of my upper arms ever since puberty, facial acne/rosacea, itchy butt hole, pretty bad anxiety, lots of dandruff/dry hair, and I've always bloated really easily. This has been true since aroudn when I hit puberty)
When I look back before my eczema broke out there are a few things that I know must have contributed. About a month before I broke out with eczema on my face I started to eat wheat and dairy again. My diet prior to this was gluten free, dairy free, and for the most part was a very anti inflammatory diet. I had also stopped moisturizing my skin around the same time. This combined with the seasonal change being right around winter.
After the dermatologist I started to do research about how foods and different things can cause an outbreak of eczema. So I started on a Candida protocol diet. This mainly consisted of going back to eating gluten free, dairy free, eating low to no carbs, and lots of vegetables, combined with lots of eggs and proteins. After doing a candida cleanse for about a month, I did notice improvement in my overall health, but at the same time I also noticed I was still dealing with rosacea and eczema on my face. But it definitley helped I'd say about 75 percent. The only types of things I saw that came out of me in my fecal matter was white spots, which I thought to only be candida at the time.
For about 3-4 months, I kept up the same protocol while only taking oregano oil. I saw little improvement in my overall health. I still was geting eczema here and there.
After I stopped this specific diet, I didnt know exactly what was going on. I did start to moisturize again but whenever I started to eat wheat or dairy again the sypmtoms would come back. For about a year I didn't care about my general health. I still was gluten free, but I would start to eat lots of dairy. My eczema definitely was out of control. I would try topical treatments such as tea tree oil, apple cider vinegar, jojoba oil. They helped, but it was temporary. I knew that something was going on in my body. I just was too lazy to make a change.
Fast forward around 8 months until pretty recently, I started to treat myself for parasties. Why? The rash on my arms since I was younger coupled with an itchy butthole, constant bloating, and acne. When I put these together in my head along with thinking that I have had food allergies my whole life, it started to become more clear.
What I did first was change my diet. I knew there had to be a reason why the candida protocol didn't exit these suckers out. This is where it gets really interesting. For some reason when I stopped putting eggs into my diet, I started to see crazy results. I don't exactly know why, but I'm pretty sure I have a really bad reaction to eggs. I either have grown a super bad allergic intolerance or reaction, or they just really damage my intestines to the point where all the bad stuff in my gut can mess me up. After about two weeks of ingesting garlic cloves (about two in the moring and two at night pretty small and minced) I started to see results. Every BM I would have would have a ton of white balls in them. At the time I was only gluten free. Then I bought some pills on amazon which were two pils three times a day. They made me super tired but were definitely working. On about the fifth day I started to poop out these black like seeds. This is a good sign. After day 7 I couldn't keep going because nothing was coming out.
This is when I believe I realized I had to cut out dairy and eggs. When I cut out dairy nothing really changed. A big telltale sign for me is that when I'll eat a food that makes me react bad, my face will get super dry and I can feel the eczema setting in. Anyways about a week later is when I cut out eggs. Let me tell you.. I wasnt taking garlic, I wasnt taking pills, all I was doing was not eating dairy, wheat, or eggs, and these black things have been coming out of me like you wouldn't believe. My body is super cold all the time right now (in my feet), my sides are super sore (attributes to lymph nodes from parasitic die off) and things like worms, just big chunks of stuff have been coming out of me, I can't believe it. I honeslty believe my body just needed a little push, along with the RIGHT diet. That is key. I really believe in elimination diet to test for allergies and intolerances because if you try to go into a candida or parastic protocol while eating foods that can damage your gut even though you think they're fine will only just mess with you mentally and physically.
As per my eczema, what I have noticed is that my arms are about 60 percent better following this protocol at the moment because this is very recent. My facial eczema currently is located right below my eyes and not spreading elsewhere on my face. Behind my ears my eczema is gone. My butt hole doesn't itch right now. My hair being dry all the time reversed. I don't exactly know what is going on but I do feel a lot better, and I do believe that this parastici infection that I have been plagued with for most of my life is the root of most of my problems.
I am going to follow this same protocol Along with this new found diet, I am going to start doing garlic only in the morning or in the evening just for a little help here and there, not every day. I am going to take another round of the pills I took. I am going to come back every two weeks to update.
