Lovely steamed greens, diakon radish, burdock root, baby Bok Choy, mixed grains of amaranth, sprouted quinoa, Lundberg Family Farms rice, nori, while on retreat at Frey Organic Winery, sept 9, 2017.
Just getting settled at the 2000 acre @Frey Organic Winery and its biodynamic farm for a week of retreat after 31 days helping to prep for the #heirloomexpo.
Will be here near a week.

Leave Monday early September 18, toward Goleta, California to honor Patricia Bragg and plant dreams for the next 100 years of the @bragg health crusade and Bragg Live Food Products. Aim: there Tuesday afternoon.
