There is a new Medicine rising up in America. It is positive, leading edge, money saving. It can help the current medical model because many of its ideas are preventive in nature. As one sage once said, "An Ounce of Prevention is worth a pound of cure."--Benjamin Franklin
The New Medicine is based on a philosophy of Health Care that is open to what is old, ancient, traditional and works. It is based on Peer Reviewed Scence, as best as Science can understand what is both New and Old. It is based on a paradigm that includes Consciousness Research, and this New Medicine is Fundamentally Healing.
A number of times a year, I have the honor of seeing the Faces of this New Medicine, key participants. Many of its leading edge Medical Doctors travel to San Diego each winter to attend the Scripps Natural Supplement Conference, #ScrippsNatSup. At this event, I have personally been introduced to natural supplements that have been life saving; they have transformed my own debilitating conditions.
The conference is collaborative, and some of its main presenters can be found in the fall attending the #AIHM17, The Academy of Integrated Health and Medicine event that is called Person, Planet, Purpose. The dates of the Fall event are October 22-25, 2017. I want to encourage you, if you are a health practitioner, or invested in leading edge health, to attend.

It's been a really difficult winter and I came to 14th Annual Natural Supplements: An Evidence-Based Update looking for some new products to get me through my knee pains and feelings about getting old before my time!
Genia gave me a healing look that was so welcoming before we all left on Sunday that made me feel really cared for. Lauren Hanna is an athlete and I'm looking forward to her cheer leading me on to better health.
They have a winning team of women who are working together on this product that is advanced medicine recommended by my esteemed ally Jeffrey Bland, PhD.

SPENT TIME WITH LORA DANIEL
Spent time with Lora Daniel, Director if Marketing for Bio-Tech Pharmacal Inc.
at #ScrippNatSup, I've used their VItamin D for a number of years because it was recommended to me.
Good to be reminded how valuable their vitamin D3-50 for bone health +plus. I am also going to use their Glutamine that supports immune system and digestive health.
These products are kosher, halal and vegan. I feel good about them.

My mentor in health is Dr. Bernard Jensen his birthday is March 25, the same day as the SeedFest Terra Madre Gardens Here is the FB page I set up for him:
He wrote more than 50 books and was one of the most charismatic speakers of his age.
He left this world physically just before the Internet age and so many of his works can only be passed by those who knew him.
He totally uplifted my life. There's a legend he liked to tell when he spoke that he carried me from bed to bed when I was totally crippled. That legend isn't far from the truth.
He is a master of the healing arts and the work he did is still growing in the plants and the people he inspired.
He was a great storyteller. He once said "The more truth you have, the more alone you go."
On that note we each have memories of the times we have been held in lovers arms, and other times when we walk alone and are still loved although we go through Moments and months sometimes when we cannot feel it.
One time, when he was a child, he got in a fight with another kid. He went to his mother and told her.
She told him to forgive. He told her he did not want to forgive. She said, love your enemy for your own good.
That's basically a principle of health although I know we have to find gentle ways to stand up for what we believe. Modeling is always a good medicine. Faith and persistence are essential. That's why I attempt to love as much as I can. That's why I believe we need to keep the door open between us and those who have a different way of seeing.
I helped Dr. Bernard Jensen write a number of his books from his words. I was historically the first writer he worked with where he gave credit to them in the book.
I'm just returning from #ScrippsNatSup, the 14th Annual Natural Supplements: An Evidence-Based Update.
There was a lot of love there for me, and also healing. I feel I have a role to play in the evolution of medicine as we know it today,
Others may not know this, and so I will be grateful for the role I can play.
I was just thinking today after hearing about The musician Al Jarreau who ho passed on the last day of the conference.
He gave beautiful concerts, one at Carnegie Hall that a friend attended. I know if I were on the stage st carnegie Hall Reading my love Poems set to music, I would "Shine", as in the film of that name.
It's the simplest pleasures of life the draw me now more than ever. I would like to live at least another decade and I know that to do that, it's the giving and receiving of love that will sustain me.
I'm in a healing moment. I am most grateful for this day.

I enjoyed my day. I was writing all day sending love messages and enjoying feedbacks and I kept my energy going. I attended a very powerful conference for four more days where there were many licensed health practitioners and medical doctors on the cutting edge. I really had an opportunity to receive a lot of love and appreciation and plant dreams at the conference.
It's been an uphill climb, Abby but I really felt from the healing I did the last few days that there is a clear role that I can play in the evolution of modern medicine.
