It's Wednesday March 9, 2016. I can't wait until Monday, my starting weight is 158 lbs. and I hope to lose at least 30 lbs. I will be taking multivitamins to take care of any nutrient deficiencies. The longest fast I have gone on was 4 days so I know this will be a longshot but nothing ventured, nothing gained.
