1) 4mg of Naltrexone, 100 mcg selenium, taken before going to bed.
2) 100mg alpha lipoic acid, taken sublingually every day. (Taking it sublingually means holding it underneath the tongue until it becomes completely dissolved.)
3) 6 drops of 5% elemental iodine, taken orally.
4) painting a mixture of DMSO and iodine over thyroid region of the neck.
