Full moon brings confusion

Undigested food mistaken for flukes.

Doing my standard protocol and what I thought were flukes showed up. After reviewing my diet, I realized they were undigested bits of mushrooms. Forgot my own advice to avoid mushrooms while doing a parasite cleanse.
