Salt water flushing report and depression comes back.
Winning the war or just finding out how large the enemy forces are?

The salt water caused very quick peristalsis but my insides are pretty clean from repeated colonics. It caused a lot of laundry and the realization that if I do another one, I will just need to camp out in the bathroom with a good book for several hours. This may be a procedure to do if you're constipated. But I worry that if you're constipated, it may be a ball of worms that are hindering movement. Trying to force them out so violently may cause other problems. I think oil, bulking up with ground flax seed and enormous amounts of water might be a better solution.
After the elation of getting out 'momma', now I am in the depression of wondering how many siblings she has that are still camped out in my body. I noted that the last 'nest' cleanse was about 2 weeks ago. At that time I thought that I couldn't possibly have another. So very wrong. 50+ parasites in the last 2 days. One commentator says that parasites are only doing nature's job of returning you to the ground, that they are the disposers of waste. Don't know whether to think that I am winning this war or just finding out the extent of the enemies forces. I have the Dalai Lama's prayer on my wall that says "Don't Give Up". Time to read it again, and again. Time to take some fish oil, drink Blues Away Tea and think about something else.
Here's a short plea to go to the Facebook page Rope Worms and make a donation to the Rope Worms Genome testing fund. We need to find out what they are and help all of the autistic kids in this country. It's now 1 in 50 kids.
