Personal Halitosis Cure

I believe this will help someone who has, what they thought, to be incurable bad breath, halitosis, but there is always a light at the end of the tunnel, well, most times.

First I will say Alfalfa (in from a holistic herbal store and God- who allowed me to come upon the information, and he who created the plant, gave me my healing with that herb in a pill form-I can take it 3 times a day, currently I take it anywhere from 2-3 times a day.

I began to have halitosis beginning in 2008- I didn't realize it until the group of ladies I worked with at a doctor's office, who were just, mean, started being very vocal and rude about the odor in my mouth. They conveyed the offense in a very demeaning and unprofessional manner. I have always brushed my teeth, first cavity was after the age of 28, and my oral health, and health had been great up until then-which I believe is when all my bad eating habits finally began to catch up with me. I didn't take them too serious regarding my breath, because I had not had that problem in the past before. I then began to take them serious, and honestly did not know what to do about it. I had the same toothpaste, brushed my teeth the same way I had always brushed my teeth, and could not figure out what on Earth it could be-possibly something I ate? Eventually I realized the smell was not going away-I've had a daycare worker pretty much hold her breath, and put her head down as she spoke to me the subsequent year-and at that moment, I was sure, it was my breath that was definitely a problem.

Finally around 2012 I decided I wanted my life back! I wanted to be able to speak to people without holding my hand over my mouth. Working in a customer service position, thank the good Lord in heaven that I did not have to speak to them face to face, but it still was a serious self esteem detractor. I was determined to have the medical professionals, the doctors (who practice medicine, practice is the key word-a qualified practitioner)-not diminishing any doctors, I'm thankful for the doctors, but what I am trying to say is they, nor no one human being knows it all-what works for one patient may not work for the other. I do however, personally know what cured, healed me.

Started in 2012 when I went to go see my VA doctor, it was very embarrassing to bring up the subject and concern, but I did it- and he brushed me off, and said "oh no no no, your breath does not stink, try teas, try mints, ect" and I thought to myself, is this going to be an easy task? Later, I began to be evaluated for indigestion, and stomach pains which began while I was pregnant- which lasted after delivery all the way until 2013. After every meal, I would have indigestion pains. The VA began digging to figure out why I was having the indigestion. I was diagnosed with gastroparesis, which is where the amount of time in which it takes me to digest the same meal another person would digest-it would take me almost an hour more to digest. I was prescribed Omeprazole, which I did not find helpful, so I stopped taking it, and just dealt with the indigestion. I began looking up natural ways to cure indigestion, which I tried, and it worked some, and then it would come back-at times it still comes back, but not everyday like it used to, thank God for that! I cant remember what exactly I took that helped heal that problem, I know I would take small shots of apple cider raw vinegar at times-I began eating a salad everyday for lunch, I also incorporated drinking warm lemon water, but nothing that my doctor gave me helped.

Once I was finally diagnosed, I was able, through research, and Gods help, to finally look in the more perfect direction for my healing herbs. I'm not sure how I stumbled upon herbs, possibly due to all the searches I made for "how to cure---naturally" but I then began to get to the root of things, and began to look at the purest form of herbs in how to cure things. Interestingly enough, there is hardly any searches that come back with Alfalfa being an herb that helps cure, heal bad breath! I didn't even find that to be a cure after at least 2 years of searching. My searches to cure bad breath was, check for tonsil stones-none-I went to a dentist, without dental insurance so that he could evaluate me and tell me why my breath smelled bad, he stood over me for 5 minutes, and said, "your mouth is fine, when you brush, brush all the way back to your tongue and the back of your throat"---that visit cost me $80! But other searches brought up how I need to cleanse my liver, how I should cleanse my kidneys, how one should kill all the yeast in your body, and eat only green vegetables for a certain amount of days. I thought to myself, yes I want my bad breath gone, but I don't know if I can really take everything out my diet for 3 weeks! I tried a body cleanse, from a holistic store, but the supplements made my breath smell even worse- bile breath, in addition to the taste of the body cleanse supplement! How dare I- I figured, I can't do this! Not that. I eventually found about 2-3 months ago where oil pulling may help-my toothbrush session in the morning went from 5 minutes to about 20 minutes- you gargle with coconut oil for 10 minutes, then I would perform a nasal rinse using salt water on both nostrils, then I would brush my teeth with toothpaste and baking soda, my MOUTH was fine, my tongue was scraped, but once I finished brushing my teeth, and alllll the way in the back of my throat, I would STILL have a foul smell in my throat. I didn't have any tonsil stones, I brushed my teeth really well, gums, tongue. Nothing helped. I tried pro biotics, I tried Chlorophyll and other supplement products from a main stream consumer chain, I tried different types of mouth washes, almost to the point of trying to swallow it to maybe kill the odor at the back of my throat- where no toothbrush can go. I purchased a water pic, a netting pot to try to perform nasal rinses--nothing helped. The nasal rinse gave me a false sense that my breath was gone within the first 30 mins of rinsing, then the taste came back. My cousins would cover their noses talking to me, my aunts, friends, brother, it was really getting out of control.

I began to look up what could speed up a sluggish digestive tract, wondering if that had anything to do with my breath, I didn't find too many natural remedies when it came to that, so eventually I just said, I guess I'll deal with it- and began to pray that God would eventually heal me of the bad breath which one has described my breath as someone who stepped in manure and tapped dance at the back of my throat with the same tap dancing shoes. I will admit, some days, after eating, I recently, in my mouth would KNOW that my mouth was nothing but foul-you can taste it at the back of your throat. It was pretty bad.

Within the last two weeks, I recently started looking up other healing methods for another body concern that I have, and while I was in one of the 3 holistic stores within 3 days (not because I was trying to find a better holistic store-I just forgot a few things off my list, and went to a different store, that was closer to my residence) but as I took time to read the healing book they have, which are normally listed in alphabetical order (what it is you suffer with) I ran across *gasps* halitosis! I could not believe it! Under halitosis, it gave a few supplemental remedies. I purchased one of the healing books, and my book actually has a combination of natural herbs to take to heal halitosis. I chose to just try the Alfalfa for now-3 pills a day, but at the moment, like I mentioned before, I only take 1-2 pills a day, but yes! there is so many herbs you can take! But when you look out here on these websites and you look up halitosis, there is not much mention of Alfalfa-this supplement/herb (you should research it) from what I understand, it purifies, it helps aid digestion, purifies the blood and I believe liver, I cannot remember if its the liver or kidneys. But I've never been a fan on the drug company, because it seems like one medication you may take, may cause this reaction then you must take this med to stop this, or cure this, or calm this symptom. So I'm grateful to God that he is giving me my life back after close to a decade of bad breath!

Thank you for listening,

I pray this helps someone!

Healing in the herbs---no I do not smoke weed, or ever plan to- I plan to---and whoever does, to each its own.

Genesis 1:29-And God said Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree, yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat. In my eyes, nourishment-a lot of these "meat" now have hormones in them, and other toxic things that help slow down your system. I'm not a doctor, but I believe in taking care of your own health, and doing the research to get things done!
