Day 43 & 44 of My 60 Day Water Fast
Round 2! Goal 30lbs or 26in Waist

I was suppose to take an out of town friend and her family to her favorite new restaurant when she is in town. It is Szchewan Hot Pot and I already know that even though it is day 3 eating that I cannot eat the spicy greasy Hotpot, so I planned to get a different soup and let them all enjoy.
For some reason she was too busy with church and her husband had errands and the kids were wanting to be with friends so we ended up not going. Instead I went to her church and we talked in the pews.
Afterwards I was to meet my Ex for some errands. I was disappointed in not having a meal, so I invited my Ex out. At first we were trying to find healthy Vietnamese, but because of July 4th all those Mom&Pop Restaurants were closed. So I told him that I had planned to spend a couple hundred bucks on their meal so let's splurge and go somewhere nice. We went to a fantastic Italian place. He loves Italian and last time we were there I went cheap instead of getting this one dish the two ladies seated next to us were enjoying.
So we shared a mozzarella appetizer, I had a pesto clam appetizer to myself since he doesn't like seafood. Then I got that dish I pined for last time. It's shrimp with spaghetti squash in a butter sauce. He had Chicken Parm. We had a delicious meal. Now I know where to go if I want to be social, eat fantastic food, and it still be 100% keto.
Well today is actually Monday July 6, which is start of Round 2 and DAY 44!
This morning my tongue was again so pink and soft and my breath so clean. I actually look slimmer today. I weighed myself last night after dinner and I was 173lbs. I'm suppose to have my period in 2-3 days. Well it's in the afternoon and I'm water fasting. I feel no hunger or cravings. Round 2 DING!!!!
