Outgrowing GMOs Through Winning Back Our Sacred Seeds-Talk at MAM
When I look out at you, I see #RareSeeds.
I want to ask you some questions;
A
Are you willing to Outgrowi GMOs?
Are you willing to Be the Sacred Seed you are in the world now, so we can Outgrow GMOs?
Who does the Earth Belong to?
THIS EARTH IS OURS!
" This Earth is Ours," is the title of a book by Gurdeep Stephens that tells the story of one family with a dream and applied it to business for 30 years in following "Nature's Path."
This is also the theme of the Dr. Bronner Company….giving back…We are ALL-ONE. We are ALL One Dream!
This photo from a March Against Monsanto Years ago, epitomizes what I have in mind for my talk on May 23. As much as we need to March Against, we need to march toward something, we need to March toward Outgrowing GMOs through Winning Back our Sacred Seeds.
When I look out at you, I see #RareSeeds who are called upon now to Win Back Our Sacred Seeds through planting Heirloom Seeds to reaffirm Biodiversity of Culture.

How more beautiful would the world be
if ALL the heirloom seeds sitting
on shelves in packages became
the plants they could be?
How much more Soul would there be
in the world if we allowed our
inner Seed Dreams to come out of their
‘packages’ and grow the ‘plants’ they can be?
How much passion and life would we feel?
How more peaceful and healthy would the
world be? Mother Earth says, “Plant Your
Dream!” because your Soul is intended to be
a fully-expressive heirloom seed
in her cornucopia of earthly abundance.
She wants you fully growing
in the world now.

My own seed dream is that I will soon have two seed packets added to the Baker Creek line.
The first is based on a Campaign I have called Grow A Healthier Pizza in response to the the state of Pizza described. The second seed is an archetypal seed called Job's Tears.
Enchanted Garden Bead Seeds
The story of Job for me is the seed for these times. We have near lost everything our health and wealth, but we cannot lose faith. I am looking for growers to begin growing out these for the most part ornamental seeds that can be turned into necklaces for kids, i.e, Enchanted Garden Bead Seeds.
Job's Tear seeds come with a hole already running through them. All you have to do is push a thin wire through the hole.

This is a photo of David Bronner, Lisa Bronner and me, Leslie Goldman at Golden Hall when the count was coming in on Prop 37 in 2012. David, and the Bronner Family has funded numbers of the GMO Labeling Campaigns, as well as my own projects. I clearly see we have lost our Compass, the direction of our Moral ABC's that include the education that comes when we grow some of our own food. We can regain our compass through regaining a Beet our Beet with Nature….I ask you to Keep The Beet. Grow a Beet in a Pot. Grow and Eat some of your own Food.

Leslie Goldman, "Your Enchanted Gardener," Plants Seeds of Success for super Ripe People and their Dreams. Leslie is a noted ceremonialist in the eyes of Mother Earth and full time blogger. He records his ongoing activities and mystical adventures on the Plant Your Dream Curezone (13 million page views) and his Projects and Sponsors on Plant Your Dream Word Press (1 million page + views).
Leslie travels in a 1968 Volkwagen van spreading the word about the value of planting heirloom seeds and ancient grains. He has been called California's Johnnie Appleseed. He is equally inspired tending a few Seed Dreams of his own and others on the 1/3 acre land he shares with others within walking distance of San Diego State University. He is a long time Food Activist working with local organic farmers in San Diego, and in 2015 will again travel as he did in 2012-2013-2014 to be ateacher at the National Heirloom Expo in Santa Rosa, a gathering place for Seed Freedom advocates. His introduction to health principles came with training from Dr. Bernard Jensen, an elder in the national healing arts, and Edmond Bordeaux Szekely, co-founder of Rancho La Puerta; they introduced him to a foundation in health.
Leslie's current work is dedicated to Food Reform in America and Winning Back Our Sacred Seeds. Through popularizing seeing ancient wheat and heirloom seeds as teachers, he aims to cultivate a grassroots movement that outgrows GMOs Wins Back Our Sacred Seeds. and returns our beat with nature. He was given a United Nations Peace Medal for the work he would do in his lifetime by then Under-Secretary general Robert Muller around 1983. That work continues.
The book "The Ultimate Gardener ," The Best Experts’ Advice for Cultivating a Magnificent Garden with Photos and Stories (HCI, 2009) credits me with six photos. The dedication says, "“To Leslie Goldman, The Enchanted Gardener, for planting dreams and seeds of inspiration. To all those who garden and for those who dream to have a garden one day.”
Plant Your Dream Blog Campaigns
The umbrella for Winning Back Our Seeds is his Grow A Healthier Pizza Campaign. 2015 Campaign Projects that Leslie writes about frequently on the Plant Your Dream Blogs and that guide his journey include Open Access to Food for All, and Open Access to Food for All Pollinators. At home, he is further rooting the dream for The Enchanted Garden Intentional Community through Projects that include the Enchanted Garden Rare Seeds Outpost, and The Enchanted Garden Pantry, that demonstrates sponsor's Products and uses them to build his neighborhood community. His neighbor community includes nearby San Diego State University where he plans to increasingly work with the e-3 "cream of the crop" environmental advocates of tomorrow, as well as selected on campus and off campus athletes who use the facilities. His outreach in San Diego includes weekly work at the Farmers' Market, primarily the Hillcrest Farmers Market, Sundays 9-2 pm, and the College Avenue Farmers' Market, Wednesdays 3-7 pm, within a block of his home. His deep passion to influence the growing out of biodiverse culture is focused through his work with the Baker Creek Heirloom Seed Collection and its Northern California home, the petaluma Seed Bank. The Baker Creek collection contains more than 1600 varieties, many very rare from around the world. Leslie teaches that we are #RareSeeds and that growing Heirloom Seeds, @RareSeeds we reawaken our awareness that the Earth and the Soul are Soil mates.
