I have made some significant healing the last month. I am aware that one of my goals now is the learn to prevent kidney stress and kidney stone formation using natural herbs, rather than have to return to the hospital for more invasive SWL or other Kidney stone procedures. I am real aware that how I handle stress effects my kidneys. Lots to do this morning, adding to my new Plant Parenthood album, as well as stretching, and hand washing some special T-shirts to get grounded. Got acupuncture later in the day at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine - San Diego I am so grateful for the powerful opportunities that happened at #expowest. It is amazing how much I gain from challenging myself to do difficult things, and the benefits I receive when I overcome what a few weeks before may have seemed impossible. I spent time with Tony Bedard, the CEO of Frontier Natural Products Co-op and Patly Kozden atNatural Products Expo. Patly is an old friend and has been watching some of my actives for more than 20 years. We met at the Natural Product Expo.
Matthew Wood, Herbalist also called me during the show, following up on communications from a number of years ago. Matthew and I met when we were both teaching at an Indigenous Gathering in Tecate, Mexico a few years ago. I find this significant that he called during the show. He truly understands herbs in a way that syncs with my philosophy of nature. I highly recommend Matthew Woods books. Woke up with some kidney area discomfort. The events at the house definitely effect this.
I have made significant progress with the healing of diarrhea that was persistent for more than eight months. Now I need to work with the kidney energy.
I want to approach this with herbs. I want to do all I can to avoid another experience in the hospital with SWL or kidney stone fragments in the Ureters.
I need to work with the herbs as well as stress levels.
I am writing down this note here before I do some healing work with plants, as well as hand washing of clothes.
