So today is my day 1 of my 30 day water fast . I am going to work now , so far so good... :)
Downloaded the fasting app from iTunes, it counts how long you have been fasting exactly and you can track your weight & measurements there as well . I will update tonight again , hope everyone has a nice day.

Just got home from work. Feel really good , don't really have hunger just craving the act of eating but that will go away . Had a little over 3L water as well . Will go shower now & relax in bed . Tomorrow I will weigh in . Nice evening everyone :)
