I NEEDED A MINOR MIRACLE YESTERDAY AND IT HAPPENED
I needed a minor miracle yesterday and it happened. The student council at Pacific College of Oriental medicine recently redesigned their student lounge in a really beautiful way. My our gift to the student lounge, the one that says how fast will a dream grow? as Fast as a blade of grass explanation was left off the wall during the renovation.
This art gift is sponsored by members of the enchanted Garden club and numbers of my Pacific College Pacific symposium sponsors. I have numbers of projects that I do at the school and have done over many years. One of them is initiating the Pacific College of Oriental medicine community supported agriculture or program.
Once every two weeks a truck from JR organics CSA arrives at the college in Mission Valley on Wednesday to deliver therapeutic quality food so fresh it does not know it's been picked yet.
This is not typical food that has a middle person between the farm bed and the eater. Often the organic strawberries that may appear in the box have been picked that very morning as well as the lettuce, heirloom carrots, or other seasonal foods.
My friend Christii Floyd who works as office manager I discovered was storing my art gift in a safe place in her office. It was important to make contact with the student council and its president to make sure that I had permission to get the artwork back up on the wall.
The Pacific symposium #P a C symposium 2014 is less than a week away.
Well there's much to do, and getting that art gift back on the wall was a priority for me. It's time to regroup and give the opportunity for my community to egg knowledge and support the one-month trip I took to help win back our sacred seeds. Once a year I put my life on the line it feels to take my 68 VW van the enchanted Garden I'll be home from San Diego to Santa Rosa.
I've made this journey three years in a row. It's really quite a remarkable feat to imagine that a 68 VW van is willing to successfully complete a 1600 mile or more journey each year. I typically am burnt out by this time of year, and 2014 was a very atypical hear from me! Not only was I burned out by late August but I was had health concerns the entire year that were intense and severe.
I took this journey to the national heirloom expo in a spirit of getting there no matter what irregardless of my health condition. The very act of prepping the enchanted Garden Mobile with something with in my capacity, whereas prepping my physical body for the trip to for the trip seemed more out of my hands.
It's a terrific sensation when you can't count on your body. To do what you have in mind. It's a triumphant experience to go beyond belief systems and limited ideas that aren't fully convinced you can succeed on a journey. I always try and when I set intentions to do something, have obstacles stand in my way, and then succeed going beyond the obstacles. This pattern appears to be my Modus Operand.
I mentoring my preparation for the Pacific symposium to 14 with continuing physical health concerns. I'm also entering my preparation with continuing challenges at home or I manage a nine person community of people.
I'm setting an intention and will plant this dream to have a successful Pacific symposium to 14 beyond my imagination.
I will apply many of the mastership understanding so I have that will allow me to succeed.
Back to my minor miracle yesterday. Monday is the day that I get my acupuncture treatment and bring a flower arrangement to Pacific College from JR organics.
I needed to meet the student council president to help me expedite getting my art gift back on the wall. I did not know who she was.
I sat down in the student lounge seeking information. I wanted to locate her. I decided to call out her name and ask some of the other students if they had seen her. The student I asked said she saw her a minute ago. She looked out the door and said here she is.
Her name is Brenna Galves. We had a brief talk and cleared the art gift getting back on the wall
That was a good way to start my prep for the 2014 Pacific symposium.
