Postponing fast but will do one soon
Will keep weekly updates on my fruitarian diet before embarking on another water fast when I am more mentally prepared.

Managed to fast until 11:30 pm last night. Then looked in my fridge and couldn’t let all the fruits and vegetables I just bought go to waste. It would be a whole lot of good food to throw out. I have like 10 big papayas in the fridge that are ripe. Freezer is full of 2 boxes of peeled bananas, and they do go bad even frozen. A few vegetables and some watermelon. Don’t need to buy any more food. Going to eat up my supply and then do a long water fast.
Also not mentally ready yet. Got super depressed trying to fast and really down in the f***ing dumps. Motivating myself in the wrong ways. By being really hard on myself for being fat, not losing weight or eating right fast enough and ignoring any progress I have made.
I have made some progress. My skin started to really improve. I got off my psychiatric medications and went through withdrawals for a month and then started feeling better. Lost some initial weight then and it stagnated this month. But it doesn’t mean I should give up and jump into a long fast right away. I just started eating better for 2 months. It’s a learning process. Fasting would probably make it easier afterwards but it doesn’t mean I need to jump into like it’s a emergency. Can use up the food I got and take another month of learning to eat better before doing a long fast. Maybe I’ll be better mentally prepared.
