Fasting days 1-4
My water fasting journal.

So I have started a water fast in order to try and lose some much needed weight, get healthier and kick my addiction to sugar and carbs. Well I probably started off the wrong way because I ate nothing but fast food the day before.
So I am in the middle of day 4 now. I have had not had more then a few twinges of hunger which I found really weird since I started the fast, with the first feeling of hunger being on day 3. I thought I would be very hungry but I'm not at all. By now my stomach should be shutting down. I have had horrible cravings on 3 and 4. I wanted to bang my head against a wall. Well I guess I cheated a little because I put some diabetic calorie free chocolate sauce on my tongue to get over the cravings. It worked and I don't feel bad about it all.
I am taking a liquid multivitamin as well as magnesium and potassium because I'm not trying to be unhealthy.
So I started at 270 lbs and am 5'5, female. I suffer from the following health problems.
NLD - skin condition
I am hoping to cure some of my health problems with this fast and too lose weight.
