Just had my first bowel movement that seems a little formed.

Still Lightheaded…
Added more rice to pot to make more rice water.
Slippery Elm turns very mucilaginous when boiled…this seems soothing to drink.
Patricia steamed me some vegetables and then blended them. I added them to some of the rice.
The corrections I made to my Bio Note were made in one day on the National Heirloom Expo site.
I am discouraged by things that have to work better at home.
I am not sure today I will be able to do to the National Heirloom Expo.
I need to force myself to walk some stairs….

IBS Here Again--July 21, 2014
I am feeling discouraged. I am still making plans and commitments to go to the National Heirloom Expo. Yesterday I took out a reservation to stay at the Vagabond for a week in Santa Rosa, CA, site of the event.
Today, I turned in my Bio note that is already online. I asked for the original hyperlinks to be put in.
I also followed up with sending in a revised edition of the opening paragraphs of the story I wrote intended for The Life Connection.
It is 1;03 pm.
I am up from a nap.
It is difficult for me to rest.
I am feeling pressure.
It is a week since I went to the Jacumba Resort. I ate some really good bread Sunday night with my regular garlic spread, and cherries earlier were my only food.
I started to get repeated urgency to evacuate from my bowel.
The condition continued all week.
I was feeling some stress at the spa with emotions that were upsetting me.
I may have dehydrated.
The desert temp was hot and different that San Diego.
I went to the spa again on Thursday eve.
I did not eat anything but cherries.
I went with my niece who was visiting town.
I came home even worse.
The condition is getting worse.
I have a tear that I can feel near the anus that is bleeding.
I have a history of IBS during my life with long periods of diarrhea.
I had diarrhea yesterday, and urgency that is now repeating.
I am getting water coming out.
I am going to leave in a little while to go to In Harmony Herb Shoppe in Ocean Beach to get some
Slippery Elm.
I also need corn silk.
It is difficult for me to rest.
I will go to Pacific College of Oriental Medicine for a 3:45 pm appointment with Emily. I like the supervisor, Brian Bender.
It is 1;11 pm now.
I would like to find a couple photos for the Kid Page of the National Heirloom Expo.
