So here I am on this great journey of health restoration and rejuvenation.

Goal:
1. Eliminate my severe eczema of 14 years and achieve radiant skin complexion
2. Eliminate bulimia
3. Increase my energy level
4. Say farewell to my tumultuous, illness-plagued past
5. Kick off a brand new life with a brand new body

Methodology:
1. 20 day water fast from July 20 to Aug 9
2. Break with vegetables juices, transit to a pescetarian organic diet, drink lots of bird's nest, regular fish oils, probiotics and liver supplement
3. Back to the gym
4. travel kathmandu and trek Mt Everest Base Camp in September
5. Relocate to London in late September
6. 20 day water fast from Oct 1 to Oct 20

Experience

Non-symptomatic
Skin is parched everywhere and there is mild itching on my back.
I look deathly pale and that is pretty scary but I know I ought to be patient with my body. If there are two things i know fasting will teach me, they are patience and faith.
