What I hope to achieve

This past year I started getting back in the groove of working out, eating better, and fasting. So This time I really wanted to kick it in the butt, and do everything & anything to succeed.
My goals:
1. A healthy 107-110lbs (5'1 female) // or 10-15% body fat.
2. Cut animal protein our completely // or 1 meal a week.
Water Fast Goals:
1. Re-mold my tastebuds // stop unhealthy cravings
2.Decrease body fat
3.A total cleanse to rid toxins, acne, scars & other benefits
4.Complete a full fast
