I have had Asthma for over 15 years.
I also have had chronic repiratory issues including pneumoniae and bronchitis.
Primatene was keeping me going but it was banned a few years ago so I was forced to look for something else (prescription stuff is junk, just makes things worse). Primatene Mist always worked and never gave me trouble.
This ended up being the asthmanefrin product, it works but it is unbelievably clunking and fails when even slightly dirt.
I also have had trouble losing weight. (Dunkin Donuts is Evil!)
And through the years I have learned that if the FDA/Govt does not like it then there's probably something to it.
For example; Vitmain B17 (apricot seeds) was banned, "BANNED", but a teenager can go to the grocery store and buy a bottle of healthy over-the-counter drugs anytime anywhere.
I Started with the Hulda Clark protocol which is mentioned on this site,..
The zapper cleared things up over night but not everything, still had that asthma (probably from TB vaccine). Congestion almost went away and I had more energy. I now use the zapper when a cold is coming on and add Vitmain C at 4-8 grams (not mg!) every few hours.
The Hulda Clark zapper effectiveness woke me up and I realized most Doctors just don't know and the alternative (Qwack) stuff was where I needed to look.
One of the first successes I had was using an antibitoic called Azithromycine, as found at asthmastory.com. I know its prescription but I got it for my pet :)
The treatment is theorized to kill the Chlamydia Pneumoniae in the bottom of your lungs, in my case you could almost feel the difference in the bottom of the left lung. This is a long term treatment over months so if your doctor is understanding then its better to have them monitor this treatment.
There is also some modifications to it, some people are taking doxycycline with it but this is not what I did.
The results were good, a definate improvement to the asthma and I stopped using the Primatene every few hours. It turned into more of a few times a day instead. The asthma was still not gone yet though, excercise would cause wheezing along with eating and dust/smoke.
I also tried the Buteyko Protocol where you breathe less, this helps with training to breathe through the nose but asthma was still there too.
The problem with buteyko is there not much in the way of measurement to figure out if your doing it right.
Some more internet searching came up with the fact that Gluten sensitivity may cause an allergic reaction and therefore cause an asthmatic reaction. So I started changing my diet:
Diet Changes,...
No Gluten
No Grains
No MSG or High fructose corn syrup
No soda (this is big one, clears the head)
Healthy Meats, grass fed etc.
Something like the Paleo Diet basically
and I added Grass Fed Butter to morning coffee too, (bulletproof exec.com)
Through the years I have changed many products/brands so here are the supplements I currently use.
I have no affiliation with these companies or the sites that sell them and I am just a customer so this should be OK...
Green Drink - Shentrition
Multi-Vitamin (Tangy Tangering, its expensive but covers a broad range of vitamins and minerals)
EFA (Essential Fatty Acids)
Vitamine B17 or Apricot kernels (NovOdaline)
*Do not buy NovAdaline, apparently its a fake, or just eat apricot kernels
Magnesium - There are a lot of people deficient in this one, I use the Natural Calm
DMG (N,N-Dimethylglycine) 1000mg/day
*This is also known as Vitmain B15, I think this was the final item that my body needed.
After starting this, in addition to above vitamins etc, I felt better,.. more social,.. less cravings and started losing weight.
The weight loss was only around 2-3 pounds per week but it has been continuing for the past month or so.
Also, the need for the asthmanefrin has dropped. I still use it after excercise but not casually during the day or after eating.
If you search, vitamin B15 or DMG has also been used for autism.
Excercise
3 days per week, sprints (HIIT) for about 10-15 minutes
3 days per week, weight training
ALT;, 3 days per week Instead of weights, something like P90, T25 etc.
The trick here is to excercise but not burn yourself out and sweat out all of those healthy vitmains :)
and you can take White Flood or Jack 3D to get all pumped up about working out, makes you tingly! This is probably not that healthy though.
I also found out about PDQ! for moles and skin stuff, seems to work but you need more then 1 treatment and its very expensive.
Thats where I'm at Fats,.. losing weight, asthma not bugging me and feeling more social.
Hopefully someone else will benefit from this information.
