Growing a Perfect Loaf of Bread

Salvador Tinajero, the head gardener and farmer at Rancho La Puerta the #1 Destination Spa in the World, sampled with me a berry or two of the incoming KAMUT® Khorasan ancient Wheat Crop, May 14, 2013 at Rancho Tres Estrellas, the food growing garden. The berries were not yet fully ripe, but they were sweet and tasty, we both agreed.
I have a dream, that a perfect loaf of bread would be restored to the world. This dream is part of the Campaign to Grow A Healthier Pizza. The Vision came to me on my 65th Birthday at Rancho La Puerta, my favorite destination Spa in the Whole World. Many others agree, this place, and its Rancho Tres Estrellas food growing grounds, is their piece of cake.
It was on my 65th birthday that I came upon a description by Edmond Bordeaux Szekely, co-founder of Rancho La Puerta. of such a loaf of bread. The recipe and the procedure was written up in an old newsletter that may have been from the early 50's. It described a time when the ranch grew its own wheat crop, and where the guests partook of this very special bread.
I am not sure that our world has seen a perfect loaf of bread in many years, and yet if such a loaf were to come into being for me it would be from wheat grown and harvested in soil that is 12 inches thick.
This is not to say other loafs of bread are not grand, or to belittle in any way the master bakers; what I have in mind is a bread that is loved and cared for and tended at every step of its development, including the growing of the seed from an ancient wheat as close to the idea that God had in mind, when the prophet's proclaimed wheat the Staff of Life.
The creation of this loaf of bread is an Art Project. I imagine a loaf of bread that is not intended for commercial gain, but more so a Prophet's Motive.
I simply want to see the Essence of what is possible, and what appears seemingly impossible today, to happen.
