This is the question for me now. I write about my experience of the last two months, and health issues since by 65th Birthday in November.

It is about two weeks from Travel Day for the Natural Product expo West in Anaheim.
I have been really concerned about my ability to do what I normally do this year at the show. I think of the Natural Product Expo West as the beginning of my season. It represents coming out of Winter and entering Spring.
I, like many, have had a new Growth Opportunity this Winter: How to deal with lowered immune system and its symptoms: Colds and Flu. I normally get my energy through hearing and responding to inner inspiration, doing what I can to make these dreams possible, putting out my dreams, and experiencing the results.
This year has been different. I am in a defensive posture. I have been near well numbers of times, come close to others, and felt more symptoms. I've stayed home because I did not feel strong enough at times to be around others. A few times,
I have been looking deeply at this condition.
I have been going back to the Roots of my Natural Healing Know how that I learned from Dr. Bernard Jensen, and the Elders that inspired him.
I am still adding new Remedies to find some return to health.
I have had symptoms of colds and some flu-like expressions since before December 21.
The condition has become emotional for me. I turned 65 November 19, 2012. On my 65th Birthday I was at Rancho La Puerta in Tecate. I gave a little sharing in the Library on my 65th Birthday. A day later, I was feeling pain in my left hip and groin. I generally visit Eagle's Nest, near the gravesite for Edmond Bordeaux Szekely.

I got there, but not to some of my other favorite spiritual spots, including Kuchumaa Pass, a Sacred spot with a beautiful art monument created by James Hubbell, one of my favorite architects.
It was very difficult having hip and groin pain around my 65th Birthday, and then all these signs of weakened immunity for near two months.
I am thinking of Deborah Szekely this morning,
She turned 90 last May. She said she feels 60. I am feeling very old at 65, and I have to turn this around.
This was not in my game plan, as I had in a game plan in mind.
Dr. Bernard Jensen lived to be 92. I met him when he was 67 or 68, in 1972.
Some of his best years were between 67 and 87 or beyond.
It is important that I take time now to reflect on what has been getting me down.
Managing the House
I manage the house where I live. I live with seven others. Some have difficulty paying rent, and for some the rents are lower than they need to be to make ends meet. The last month, my kidneys have started to hurt. I was not sure for weeks how I was going to pay bills this month without borrowing from other accounts.
I know fear has been an issue.
I know I need to improve more of the conditions at home that are stressful.
My latest Immune System Remedy is Fungi Perfecti
The latest Remedy I am using is Fungi Perfecti, the Paul Stamens product made from 17 Mushrooms. Chaga is the lead mushroom in that mix.
I first heard of Chaga last Sunday at a Mushroom Fair in Casa Del Prado, Balboa Park. They had some of Paul Stamens books there.
Just the night before Nadine found MyCommunity at the local Windmill Farms. I started to take it. I did not realize at the time that Chaga was the lead mushroom in that Remedy.
I feel that in the last week I have had some improvement.
I am also taking a lot of other remedies.

COLD AND FLU
One of the best remedies I believe in is Cold & Flu , a Formula made by Cesar Torres, the father of Torah Torres, one of my dear support team the last six months.
I had Flu-like symptoms the day I left for the Caravan, September 1-10, to the National Heirloom Expo in Santa Rosa, CA. I stopped off in Los Angeles. Cesar worked on me.
