GO AHEAD AND BELIEVE THE FDA AND ITS BACKERS on the NO FOR 37 Campaign
Dr. Elmer M. Nelson, the FDA head in 1912, in a special Constitutional Court in Washington October (1912) testified that: “It is wholly unscientific to state that a well fed body is more able to resist disease than a less well-fed body. My overall opinion is that there hasn’t been enough experimentation to prove dietary deficiencies make one more susceptible to disease.” (from The Washington Post, October 26, 1949.), says Royal Lee in “Let’s Live” Magazine, 1950.
These same voices are behind No on 37. Vote Yes ON 37 to Win back our Sacred Seeds.

One of the highlights of my 30 day odyssey on the road full time to Plant the Greatest Grassroots movement in CA History to Win Prop 37 was giving a deep felt talk to my Jewish Community at the close of Yom Kippur. In this photo, note the No on 37 add that features a picture of Pizza. How astounding that I have been promoting the theme of Grow A Healthier Pizza for more than three months. Among the first video clips that the No Campaign picked up was the Pizza theme! Look at the Ad in the lower right corner.

I have been writing about "Growing A Healthier Pizza" for months.
This is part of a metaphor to encourage others to Grow some of our own food, as well as increase our intake of fresh vegetables and support for local farming.
We have reached a point in our evolution where we need to take a stand on ingredients we are eating and this comes as we grow some of our own food.
Growing some of our own food is part of the national conversation that needs to happen on Food Safety.
Take a look at a few minutes of Genetic Roulette by Jeffrey M Smith,
and you will see why ingredients in our foods do make a difference.
The No on 37 would like us to believe that the quality of ingredients make no difference.
This are the same special interests who have been influencing Congress for more than 100 years.
It was at that time that Congress Passed a Pure Food and Drug Law in 1906 that if enforced would have prevented in part many of the health conditions we have today.
Please look over this Trailer for Genetic Roulette, and buy a copy of this DVD
to show to others.
Between September 16-22, there was also a free showing of this film online here:
HERE IS A NO ON 37 AD ON PIZZA
This No on 37 ad suggests that ingredients do not make a difference in our food. This is the same FDA that says there is no substantial equivalent.
Genetic Roulette by Jeffrey Smith says there is a difference and that FDA knew that there was a difference when they approved GMOs.
Gov research is controlled by special interests and special interests do not want people to have the Right to Know what is in our foods.
Three ads highlight Prop. 37’s nonsensical exemptions and retailer red tape
Sacramento, CA – The No on 37 campaign today launched three online video ads. Two ads, “Makes No Sense” and “Pizza” underscore the nonsensical and confusing exemptions Prop. 37 allows for foods, even those with GE ingredients. The other ad, “Red Tape” focuses on the red tape and bureaucratic nightmare that will fall to grocery retailers who must take on extensive new record keeping requirements.
The ads will be online statewide. Watch the ads here
About Prop. 37
Proposition 37 would ban the sale of tens of thousands of perfectly-safe, common grocery products only in California unless they are specially repackaged, relabeled or made with higher cost ingredients. Prop 37 is a deceptive, deeply flawed food labeling scheme that would add more government bureaucracy and taxpayer costs, create new frivolous lawsuits, and increase food costs by billions — without providing any health or safety benefits. That’s why Prop 37 is opposed by a broad coalition of family farmers, scientists, doctors, business, labor, taxpayers and consumers.
