end of day 2 of urine / water fast

day 2 of urine fast. fasting to clear up hives.

it is 12:41am and I'm getting pretty tired. This is a very good improvement for me. Before the fast, my body wouldn't sleep until 5am, no matter what level of activity I had during the day.

I read someone's blog about doing a gradual urine fast (urine fasting until 12pm and gradually moving to a later time in the day).

I'm fasting because my body is breaking out in hives. Tonight's is not nearly as bad. I definitely feel an improvement. The burning and stinging are much less.

Oddly, the breakouts alternate each night from top body to lower body. Tonight is top body.

Ok off to bed.
