O.K. Now the Contacts on iCloud are not syncing.
There is a limited number of contacts.
How to do this...
AAA, renewal...
Money in Bank...
Quicken on Imac...
Contacts...on Imac, next....

O.K. The Mail is Synced,
I just found that if I right/control click the mailbox and choose synchronize, the mail is pushed to my mac. After doing this, I sent a test mail, and it came to both devices. Fingers crossed.
