These are Arundo Donax clippings that were easily snapped off in about twenty minutes January 19, 2012. We want to avoid using Roundup Herbicide on this patch with the permission of my neighbor who owns this land.

Arundo Donax patch before breaking off the growth that resprouted in about ten days. It was easy to do this.
