Honeyfest 2012 begins tomorrow for three days, January 13,14,15, 2012. MelJess Bees was the the North Park Farmers; Market today January 12. I showed the invite video on my Iphone to Lydia and her daughter Jessica. James Reese is the beekeeper. They have 500 hives.
Malaki and Amy of Grow Strong will be leaving next week for Kenya. I was interested in an ongoing source of beeswax that a friend would like to possibly make candles. I was exploring this. Meljess has delightful honeys and nice bottles in the shape of the bee hive octagon.

HONEYFEST 2012 REPRESENT FOR ME A BEE COMEBACK
Honeyfest 2012 represents for me a Bee Comeback locally and globally. It was good to spent time with this family of farmers.
Lydia does five Farmers; Markets and told me she was going to see if she could be at the Balboa Park Bee Venue on Sunday, October 15.
I am sure we will see each other again.
I showed her the trailer to Vanishing of the Bees and she was very interested.
