Day 2 Day 2 /35 It's day 2 of my water fast. Last night around 3:00 am I was feeling so hungry and I couldn't get back to bed. I took an enema and I feel like it drained out all my energy. But when I fast I like to have that empty feeling in my colon. I did not prepare for this fast with eating only fruits and veggies or juices, therefore I believe an enema was necessary.
