Day 20-frustration

frustrated with a stall in weight loss on day 20

Okay so today is day 20 of my juice fast and this morning I'm feeling rather weak and sleepy. I would almost be tempted to make it a 21 day juice fast so I have plenty of time to break the fast properly before going home but I don't think I will because of what's going on with the scales. For three days in a row I've seen 149.5 on the scales in the morning. Don't get me wrong, I'm psyched to see a 4 in that place (just barely HAH) but I am not losing...and it's a stinker. Something tells me being in the middle of a bugger plateu is not the time or place to break the fast- I know that when you break the fast, even if you do it slowly and properly to maintain weight loss you will gain a few pounds just from having stuff in your digestive tract. Because of that, I would like to have a safety net so I stay in the 140s when I break it (I know that's ridiculous sounding, especially since I plan to continue losing weight after the fast, but it's a mental thing and I know I'll do better if I don't have to go back over 150. That being said, I'll deal with feeling crummy today in hopes that by tomorrow I'll have lost SOMETHING right?!! I'm thinking, depending on how the weight goes, I'll do a 30 day fast (hopefully my weight will be in the low-mid 140s in 10 days) which will give me 10 days to break my fast. I'll keep you posted :)
