New Model for the House came through this morning!!!
RESIDENT GROUP
Renters + Gardeners
They pay rent and some make some trades of services
to make ends meet and pay the mortgage and Utilities,
plus Community Assets, and Maintenance.
They either pay a higher amount each month for rent,
or do 12 hours valued at $10.00 per hour.
They help with House Joys and Jobs.
They do the every day cleanup.
Can have own agreements that they propose to Managers
and Owners.
They organize themselves and the infrastructure.
They have house Meetings with Managers and Owners as needed.
They work with volunteers who come in to do work.
EG CLUB MEMBERS
AND BEET KEEPERS
Extended EGIC Community
They are part of the extended support team.

OWNERS
Three of us so far.
Sanda, Brian, and Leslie.
Can be more of us.
They are the financial parties responsible for the carrying forward
the "show" here. They are the investors both with time and energy.
MANAGERS
They come up with Plan of Action
and execute it.
They receive compensation in the form of Trades of food
and selections from the Enchanted Garden Pantry.
They get Time Share units for time spend traded in services and products.
ELDER (S)
Leslie Goldman, one of the primary vision carriers here
creation visionary documents.
OUT REACH
Fundraisers for improvements beyond
what rents provide for daily upkeep.
Leslie and others do this.
